The flowerfly.ee service is operated by Kolostov OÜ. You order from us. You do not pick a ready bouquet. You name the destination, describe the flowers and set a budget. After card payment is confirmed, we buy the flowers within that budget and arrange a courier. Kolostov OÜ remains responsible to you for the result.
The total is visible before payment. It is the courier fee plus the flower budget. There are no other charges. The courier fee is a base amount plus a price for each kilometre, for the address you type. Before the rest of the order, you agree to this fee. The flower budget is €10 to €400. The courier fee is paid in full to the courier. From the flower budget, the shop receives 75%, rounded up to the next whole euro. The address must be in Estonia.
You give your name and phone number, and the recipient's name and phone number. We give the recipient's name, phone number and address, and the description, to the courier who delivers the order. Your name and phone number remain with Kolostov OÜ. The flower preparer sees the description, your name and the recipient's name, but not phone numbers or address.
A new order can be placed only when that city is open. We accept orders from opening until one hour before closing. If the service is paused, we do not accept orders in any city. If the area is out of service or the city is turned off, the page says so and the order cannot be sent.
Payment is by card through Stripe. We do not store card numbers. No flowers are bought and no courier is booked before Stripe confirms the payment. If Stripe payment is not set up, the order stays unpaid and we tell you so. If you cancel on the Stripe page, the order stays unpaid. An unpaid order is not delivered. We promise same-day delivery, freshness and money back. A fresh flower does not keep. If the delivery does not match what you described, write to the email address on this page.
